Remarks

Disclosure of notes on shareholding pattern The Company carried out a rectification in the corporate action related to the preferential issue for 211860 shares, which was approved by the depository on October 6, 2025. However, the said rectification was not considered by the RTA, and accordingly, the same has been taken into account by us while filing the SHP.
